Move Elders With Ease has been serving the Greater Triangle and Eastern North Carolina areas since 2009. Our compassionate staff, led by Susan Stanhope, will ease the transition and help you unclutter, pack and relocate. All of the Move Elders With Ease team members will bring a capable and compassionate presence to your move. Our team of relocation experts has years of experience planning, managing and executing moves and home clean-outs.

More than that, getting to know our clients makes each day on the job enjoyable and rewarding. When I'm not working, you can find me antiquing or exploring the mountains of NC with my husband and our black lab.

I love having the opportunity to aid our clients with their downsizing/moving. It's rewarding to know that we're helping them to make a transition that can often be very emotional and overwhelming. Moving at any age can be stressful. I love being able to help alleviate that stress by working within a team to execute all aspects of the move. Helping clients feel comfortable transitioning into a new space is a very rewarding experience, especially when making their new space feel like home. In my spare time, I enjoy taking long walks, working on upcycling and DIY projects, and spending time on the Pungo River in Eastern NC.

I enjoy packing and unpacking, but I love to organize. In my role at Move Elders With Ease, I do all three and meet some fabulous people. I thoroughly enjoy working at Move Elders With Ease; the seniors I meet often have great stories to share, and the team is kind, compassionate and fun. When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, boating, wake surfing, and anything to do with water and lake life!
